Rework the Spins front page

I meant to add this as a pull request, but I messed up and didn't change my remote. As I don't want to do a force push (that'd be bad), I might as well write what I intended to include in the pull request here.

I should've started this morning with coffee, as usual. :coffee:

I did the following:

• Shortened the text about the spins & moved it to the top
  • semi-bold text == links
  • simple step-by-step how-to with links for more info
• Dropped extra, redundant uses of the Fedora logo
• Dropped using the word "Desktop" on every spin (as they're all desktops)
• Started rewriting the simple explanation of each desktop to avoid the "A modern, configurable desktop" problem (basically: highlighted the differences and focus of each desktop)
• Shrunk down each spin info block and aligned it so that the difference is on the left (photo) and the action is on the right (download)
• Added a download button on the right, as the assumption is that many people visiting this page either:
  1. know what they're doing and want to download immediately
  2. don't know what they want exactly, but would like to evaluate different desktops
  3. increase the # of people downloading the torrents, which helps others when downloading (a nice side effect of #3)
