Multiple bug fixes and feature enhancements.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Supressed extra yum output in "assess"

  2. Actually include the exploit json files when packaging for pypi. This data now gets distributed.

Feature Enhancements:

  1. "refresh" will clone the exploit-db repo.

  2. Can search for exploits by CVE.
