Read 4D volumes as volume sequence by default #52

Most new modules use Sequences for managing time sequences. It is inconvenient for users that they need to change application settings to load such data sets as volume sequences as default.

@fedorov What do you think about this change? Do you have active projects that rely on multivolume features that are not available in sequences yet?

Andras, I do not have objections. I suggest let's see if we hear anything from the users after this change.
