Add Support for ccc-tv #18

Would be nice to add support for ccc-tv - the currently used alternative of using video tags in the HTML plugin requires the author to add the different formats - otherwise risking content not being visible to some users.

Closing for now - the iframe from the share option does not support alternative sizes.
