Wiki@Next : Claiming wiki #119

When claiming a wiki, the server state does not get updated to reflect that the site has been claimed.

While the site ownership file is created, in the status directory, the server will not:

  1. display the ownership on page reload, and
  2. attempts to update the page result in a Forbidden response and the page being saved in local storage.
