desired binding for plugin is the plugin name #73

currently the client looks for flag presence and colors the page border green accordingly.

the async nature of the existing code causes plugin to bind to the path to some random plugin.

One has to look pretty deep to see this bug. Here is the page flag hover before this fix.

And here the desired result. This says that the Recent Changes page was found in the activity plugin.
