This upgrade to Express 4 contains a number of changes, some breaking one included. Package minor version will be incremented to 0.3, so it will not accidentally get installed.

Upgrade to Express 4 - this is the major part of this update.
Upgrade to CoffeeScript 1.8 - requires an updated wiki package, see fedwiki/wiki-node#16
Removing the old remote routes - these are no longer used
Storage options for levelDB, mongoDB and redis are moving to the own packages - support for storage packages added. A future version will require those external packages to be used, if one of those storage options is required. A warning message is added at start-up if the internal version of one one of those storage options is being used.
