Oops. I thought I wrote a comment here to explain my commit. I guess I forgot to save it. I sometimes do that when I confuse preview

.
The default pages were long overdue for a rewrite. I was also glad to put sites.fed.wiki.org only a click away and under a title which would reasonably associate with expanding one's neighborhood: Federated Wiki.
Just spotted a stumble, it Welcome Visitors has already been changed, there could well be a link to Smallest Federated Wiki which will go nowhere...
I will sort this in a little while.
Ah, yes. The scenario in question would be when updating an existing server. If the default welcome-visitors has been copied into a sites pages it won't update to now cite Federated Wiki.
Solution would be to add back a default for the smallest-federated-wiki page that refers folks to federated-wiki. Wording might be something like:
The Smallest Federated Wiki was the founding project that
has grown into many sites running substantially evolved
client and server software. See Federated Wiki
I can write this and send a pull request.
Darn. It seems I can't send a proper pull request. I feel my git skills weakening.
Updating "How To Wiki" and "Smallest Federated Wiki" default pages to reflect the plain text paragraphs.
@WardCunningham what do you thing about dropping "Smallest" here? Do you have any thoughts about the videos on the "Smallest Federated Wiki" page, a lot has changed since they were recorded.
