Our existing page Template mechanism will be improved with conveniently authored prompts for common pages. Factory ids can be discovered and incorporated into the Advice plugin under development.

This revises the prompts in the default Welcome Visitors page to not use html <br> tags for whitespace. We also clean and simplify the journal for this page and make it consistent with the story. We also ignore the sitemap.json that is made when editing default-pages with wiki.
