Ending a sentence with an interrobang on macOS with “Capitalize words automatically” enabled in System Settings recognizes an interrobang as end-of-sentence punctuation.
This is not the case on iOS, even with “Auto-Capitalization” turned on for all keyboards.

When a sentence ends with an interrobang (‽), a sentence-ending punctuation mark, the next word should be capitalized. It is not.
