Preemptively load next feed item #102

This will make changing between feeds feel more snappy. It currently feels a bit slow compared to Google Reader.

@gnachman: Yeah. It will have to be played with to see what makes sense. On Google Reader they must be loading quite a few. The images don't matter that much to be but the header and text need to be there.

+10. The web version is unusably slow for me, I can only use Reeder.

Feedbin now preemptively loads all entry content.
