Support updated entry content #145

Feedbin should support updates to entry content such as changes to the <updated> tag in an Atom feed. For example, Feedbin entry 18657163 for this Daring Fireball post should have been updated with the note added to the post.

The last updated time should also be exposed to the API so that when fetching unread or starred entry IDs clients can also identify entries with modified content.

Hmm, I believe Feedbin normally updates entry contents in the system. So I would’ve expected the update to have been added. Wonder what went wrong here.

As far as update times are concerned, I requested those before and @benubois said ‘this information could be added in the future’.
