With a certain feed, the blog post title links to the feed URL, not the post URL #182

With (again) feeds like http://etsy.nyh.name/search?q=pug, Feedbin will show the correct text for each post title, but all post titles link to "http://etsy.nyh.name/search?q=pug" instead of to the link href of each post.

That doesn't happen with some other feeds.

Could it be because the link hrefs are not full URLs (also see #177)?

Actually, the example of ?q=pug is incorrect. That one works, but feeds with spaces don't. Probably for similar reasons as in #177.

Example of a bad feed: http://etsy.nyh.name/search?q=foo+bar
