Alternative keyboard navigation system [Interface] #193

I'd like to modify the way the next column automatically opens once the cursor settles somewhere.

I'd have it sorta manually where you'd have to press right/L to move to the next column, then select your article, right/L again to read it and even use the same keyboard shortcuts to scroll the article. (Yes I'm all for H and L as additional right and left keys)

This would opens up the opportunity to overlay say the articles column over the feeds column allowing for a larger reading column and better reading with the excellent "View Original Inline feature"

While everything works fairly well, it can be very sluggish at times and quite often displays the wrong article column against the currently selected feed, I believe these adjustments would certainly help avoid this as well as improving navigation and readability.

It would also solve the problem of the cursor location when switching feeds at the moment moving left from the article column to the feed column, the cursor remains where you left it and when you press down it changes the feed which isn't an obvious colour either

I'd like to request some work in this area too. My (similar) request is that when I use J and K to navigate between posts, I want to always navigate the posts (the 2nd column), not the other areas in the 1st and 3rd column.

For example, if I press "J" to go to the next post, then hit "Space" to scroll down the page, the 3rd column gains focus and the "J" key no longer works. Is it possible to lock the focus of the J and K keys in the 2nd column?
