Multi factor Authentication #270

I would love to add MFA access to my feed reader. Obviously google offered Google authenticator but there are providers that allow you to implement it.

I would gladly pay an additional monthly fee to have MFA.

I was going to recommend this too. I mean its just a feed reader but if google authenticator is easy enough to implment then why not
