Payments get rejected from time to time, but this is almost always up to the company that issues the credit card so your best bet is to contact them to see why they are not allowing a charge to go through.

Why I get this message every month? I never did not change the card number and CVV code.
Every month I update my card information at https://feedbin.me/settings/billing I just type the same card information and click update.
In October, September, August etc 2 USD successfully withdraw from my card. But in Novermber 2 USD can't be withdraw from my card. Why?
