feature: directly import the Google Reader "takeout" zip file #52

Since you're going to get HAMMERED with people coming from Google Reader as soon as Reeder releases, I suggest allowing us to directly import the "email@example.com-takeout.zip" file that Google's Takeout downloads from Google Reader's export functionality. It contains a subscriptions.xml file (among much else.)

Yes please. Easy import from GR would be the killer feature for me to get a feedbin account.
