Don't diffrentiate between http and https feeds #561

Currently, feedbin differentiates between same feed addresses with http and https in the feeds settings page (not in the sidebar). For example, it subscribes to https://simplecast.com/podcasts/351/rss even though you're already subscribed to http://simplecast.com/podcasts/351/rss (regular http).

Is this intended behavior?

I'm sure someone, somewhere, is hosting different blogs on http and https schemes...

There are probably children out there holding down spacebar to stay warm in the winter! YOUR UPDATE MURDERS CHILDREN.
