Searching within specific tags/feeds #599

Currently, it's not actually possible for user to search within specific tags or feeds, as that requires knowing each Tag ID and Feed ID, which I'm sure is impossible for users to find.

The search results in the middle column could potentially only show results from the selected feed/tag from the left column. Currently, this is not the case. Screenshot_2019-09-02 Feedbin (598)

FeedReader for Linux demonstrated expected behaviour. Selecting a tag and searching performs a query only on feeds with that specific tag. Screenshot from 2019-09-08 13-59-48
