send the environment in the auth requests if available #26

When FH.auth is called, the environment value should be sent in the request as well if it is available in the CloudProps.

opened a PR https://github.com/feedhenry/fh-ios-sdk/pull/27 against it that moves the initWithProps to parent to encapsulate common functionality for all derivatives. If it doesn't make sense feel free to discard it though.

@cvasilak Thanks. I have another problem with the Cocoapod appledoc plugin. I have published v2.2.6 to CoacoaPod yesterday, and I can see from cocoapods.org that the latest version is there. However, when I try to re-generate the docs, it always use the previous version (v2.2.5). Any idea?
