no need to provide serverURL #68

To test use the cocopods branch: https://github.com/feedhenry-templates/pushstarter-ios-app/tree/cocoapods

Before merging:

  1. an aerogear-ios-push release is needed.
  2. modify Pofile and FH.podspec point to latest AG release.
