Fix asciidoc links in /docs #26

Rename README.asciidoc to README.adoc to be consistent.
Fix broken links to other .adoc documentation files from README.

@wtrocki Not sure what the plans are for that /docs directory? Will the rest of the documentation be pulled in or should it be removed entirely/have any broken links removed?

We waiting for feedhenry.org to be available. In the mean time we using this folder to get some tweaks and improvements documented here.
