@philbrookes looks good Phil. One other thing that occurred to me - do we document memory requirements for docker for mac folks? e.g. CPU/Memory allocation

(Not my first workshop rodeo - remember this catching us last time)

@jasonmadigan I have put instructions in this doc for mac users to increase the RAM allowance to 6Gb.
