Added a Jenkinsfile #242

Motivation

Before my sick-leave e have been discussing moving to jenkins-based ci.

Description

A simple port of .travis.yaml to Jenkinsfile format, to be built on our jenkins-wendy.ci.feedhenry.org

seem to be missing make in the build, otherwise the jenkinsfile looks good

@maleck13 yes, had some issues yesterday with updating the slave image on wendy, seems to be sorted out now.

@AdamSaleh yeah this looks great. We have changed direction a little now as you are likely aware and are moving away from a a server and to cli and ui approach only. However the build process at least for the cli will be similar
