Set up travis ci integratation #5

Want to make sure it builds outside of our own environments. Setting up travis to build the server with each PR will ensure we are not missing dependencies etc. Example of this can be found here: https://github.com/openshift/open-service-broker-sdk/blob/master/.travis.yml
