Add a calculator tutorial using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to the Web Development section of the student help guide.

Finished version of the Calculator app to be used as an example:

Tutorial looks great. Love the git checkpoints too.

I wondered if the last tab should be a summary tab of the lab though? (PR fine as-is & happy to approve though)
