I just had a thought, using the reformat command you could pass the url through another url.

It's a bit complicated but the www.golem.de filter in the configuration example might be of some help. Let me know if you still want to submit this PR

I was trying to steer away from using the readability commands since its an "optional" addon and wanted to make them as compatible as possible, but I think I'll play around with it and start adding something to the title to differentiate from the two

Looks like it doesn't even matter WSJ.com has it hardcoded in now, no way to bypass unless you login/pay

Reformat not readability, it's is part of the base and allows you to modify the url's. I do remember talk of wsj establishing a hard paywall.
