Readme Review

I'm currently looking at re-writing the readme and am looking for comment

My current thinking to improve the readme is:

• [x] Table of contents
  • [x] Filter TOC list
• [x] Provide Basic + Advanced examples for all or most Filters
• [x] Hide Huge config as it is not a "soft" introduction
• [x] Screenshots

Had some time on my hands so I made an Icon, not necessary but nice none the less.
