Renderer list #11

We need a function that returns a list of active network DLNA renderers: names, device types, IP addresses.

SSDPDiscovery is here, but we need to add renderer type. Doing small research, is it possible to get it from renderer

The only available support here, is the icon patch. Will add it in newest commit.
