switching to selfie cam on reload (Galaxy a5-2017) #311

When making changes in the configuration, after reboot, the camera on the cellphone turns to selfie mode.

Which is not accepted to happen, because this way you expose your living quarters to ??? If you catch my drift. :)

Same on my Amazon Fire 2015. It seems to me that this happens because the camera is still allocated by the old process. Second restart or reboot of tablet and it is fine again.
