navigation is not computed correctly #57

using the new gallery (page-tags) system the page are not associated to their respective toolbox anymore. For example a use case from cfpde has its navigation under toolbox manual and not toolbox manual / cfpdes / cases/ <the use case>. Idem for manuals and benchmarks.

also prev and next (allowing to navigate between page of the same level are not activated. For example in cfpde or cfd prev next would allow to navigate between page of the same category: eg for cases it would enable to swith between cases in the same toolbox. idem for manuals and benchmarks.
