Add toolbox checkers #76

[ ] Add checkers to reframe sanity tests ( [ Failed], [ Success ] ). Test should fail if any checker fails.
[ ] Add checkers to reports ( plot measure, tolerance, reference )
[ ] Plot checker evolution in time ( To see if application is converging with new developments being added )

NOTE: Wait for checkers table to be exported in CSV.
