Prepare GT Book pages on learning Moldable Development

Although there are lots of examples and case studies, the GT book is missing dedicated tutorial material to learn moldable development. The idea is to prepare multiple artifacts:

• GT book pages onGetting started with Moldable Development: step-by-step pointers
• GT book pages on Moldable Development Patterns: several patterns for solving modeling problems by applying MD (eg: Replace navigation by view)
• Slideshow and examples for the ESUG 2023 presentation on Teaching Moldable Development
• Slideshow and examples for the Smalltalks 2023 planned presentation on Moldable Development patterns
