Wardley Map: support evolution sections in the model

The Wardley Map Script importer and exporter needs to be updated, waiting for the #3829 issue to be resolved.

@botwhytho: I am thinking more of supporting evolution in the model level. In other words, it will be possible to change section names programmatically or by modifying Wardley script or JSON code. Maybe I will leave the UI support for #3808.

Okay. If one can't modify it from UI yet, how does one get to the model from a snippet on the page to change it programmatically?

There you can edit evolution sections and press Import button:
