Layout folder automatically adapts height according to content. #403

Whenever a folder is created on the desktop when it opens always occupies the 
entire screen, regardless of how many icons exist within it.

It would be great if there was an option to set the listbox icons has its 
height according to the number of icons that exist in it.

Many icons, big box. Few icons, small box, always opening the near the folder 
icon.
