An option for user to switch between manual update/auto update

Hmm so the best solution I had for this was for users to tap "menu" when 
looking at
the forecast details dialog, and then have a "refresh" item.

However, because a Theme.Dialog doesn't take up the full window height, the menu
didn't properly align against the bottom screen edge.

Maybe something like tapping on the dialog title bar would be enough to offer
re-configure/refresh options.

taken into account in my modded version 102 (refresh period configurable, and 
manual
update request available).

This version is available in download page.

Can you merge this function Jeffrey ?
