[Fix] Make Docker image smaller #8

latest Perl image is ~300MB, but a slim tag is available weighing only ~60MB. myDiRT-api weighs >900MB.

https://github.com/fehho/myDiRT-api/commit/805306724756ddfd1450d0547f56a2a7e4cb850c has a ~300MB reduction, but <500MB is closer to acceptable.
