Hi,

When I have tried to follow instructions for installing PERFMD and LOCPERFMD, on a CentOS 6 machine, there seem to be the following issues.

$> prefmd.sh TR816.pdb locprefmd/scripts/locprefmd.sh: line 184: fixleu.pl: command not found

COuld you please suggest where this Perl file should come from? Thanks!
