Add lifecycle methods for Angular #59

Angular part of lifecycle hooks missed. If you don't mind I can work on it.

Add hacktoberfest label plz.

Sorry, it's already taken and waiting to be merged on #56. Also, you don't need the label to be qualified for Hacktoberfest, any PR counts. You can check that on their website.
