Inconsistent use of feincms.translations.short_language_code vs django.utils.translation.get_language

Sometimes, the entry list is filtered using short_language_code, at other times using get_language. This is inconsistent and should be fixed.

I agree. We should get rid of short_language_code alltogether because it doesn't work with Chinese.
