Update dependencies and remove un-needed ones

If were not using lodash, remove cos its pretty big
If we are using lodash (but just a bit), rewrite those bits of code and remove it (bump this issue to 2 story points if thats the case)
Go through everything else both in /src and /ui
When creating a branch for this, tag is as 'dependencies/SPPD...'
Also move the libs that should be dev deps from deps -> dev deps
