The user should be able to easily inspect/customise many aspects of the page such as:
[ ] The theme (light, dark, high0vis)
[ ] The current options (views, auto-load, hover)
[ ] The banner (on/off, image quality)
[ ] Images (on/off main page - perf, on/off card page - perf, image quality on the main page, image quality on the card page)
[ ] View and edit cookie content in a user friendly way (show/hide update message, current options as described above, decks - when those are implemented)
[ ] Delete all/specific cookie data (for whatever reason, it makes us look good ok)
