bug in Cylinder.as which causes the UV mapping to be off-by- one segment #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. adding BitmapMaterial or MovieclipMaterial to Cylinder without top &
bottom side

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

bitmap is trimed on top

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

pv3d 2.0
