Enable rank-0 scalar tensors. #37

Mathematically, scalars are rank-0 tensors.

Enable tensors to have an empty shape.
Define head, tail, and get(idx: Int) on Dimensions. These convenience properties/methods default to 1 for scalar tensors.
Change various operations to return rank-0 tensors (e.g. vector-vector dot product, sum).
Fix tests.

Addresses #16.
