Where can I get the input data of code “Real_data_analysis/dorsolateral_prefrontal_cortex.R”, such as "151507.rds" and "brain_151507_spark.Rdata"?

You could access by this link https://github.com/feiyoung/DR-SC.Analysis/tree/main/data/DLPFC_data.

Thanks! Can you provide input files for several other codes (hepatocellular_carcinoma.R/mouse_liver.R/olfactory_bulb.R)?

I have uploaded the liver data at the following URL: Liver Data. However, please note that the Olfactory Bulb data is too large to upload directly, you can access the raw data through the provided link in paper. And for the HCC data, it originates from one of our co-authors, and I do not possess the necessary permissions to upload it. You can also access the raw data through the provided link in the paper (Data availability).

Thank you for your prompt response and providing the liver data.

The HCC data contains 36,601 genes from over 9,813 spatial locations. However, the data I see in the Raw FASTQ data download link mentioned in the "Data availability" section is almost over 100GB, and the download speed is extremely slow. Is there any other way to directly obtain this data? image

The HCC data belong to one of our collaborators. We need to ask our collaborator to obtain the required permission. Once we have done so, we will provide you with a response.
