I tried to compile it and it yields error, especially since Jena 4.x requires Java 11, and so far I didn't manage to make it work - could you please check this @mosfet80 ?

I made sure to save file before recompiling. many serious vulnerabilities have been fixed. As soon as protege switches to java >=11 it is possible to fix other vulnerabilities. I also updated the owlapi libraries. I did some testing with my version of protege
