Added Russian translation #23

BTW a en_US.lang file seems are very outdated, it contains removed search options, and contains too few strings for mod config window (category descriptions and nested options are missed)...

P.S. Using PoEdit + Polang.

Oh. I totally forgot to update the language files. Thanks for reminding. And because I don't know Russian I just trust you and add merge that.
