Region files are 32 chunks, not 16 chunks #65

Contrary to that anyone would expect, region files do store 32 by 32 chunks instead of 16 by 16. So, your overlay displays the wrong region area and the corner tooltip displays the wrong file names.

Thank you for pointing that out. I also found some other bugs during testing with the region indicator.
