[Request] More Railcraft compat. #14

An upgrade for the computer cart to let it set/get the routing value, also events for track like locomotive track and whistle track. (So I could, say, fire computer.beep() on an active whistle track, also move to a specific destination using railcraft routing)

i also have an idea allowing the computer cart to control the locomotive Loco.whisle() Loco.idle() Loco.running() Loco.stop() Loco.setDest() Loco.getDest() Loco.setSpeed() -- R -1- 2 -3 - 4

Mabey if possable Loco.deCupple() -- Loco.Decupple(Cart-13, Cart- 14) Loco.autoCupple() -- setting the last Cart to auto cupple
