Fixes some small issues from testing with various pawn types (colonist, prisoner, slave, animals).

Slab drawing - added rotated textures, and fixed up pawn draw rotation and offsets
IsFull check for farms to stop showing orders to take to full farms
Remove CompAssignables.Clear(); from initializer. It was clearing the list after init, not on destruction, so the list was always empty when needed.
